Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup milk of your choice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 frozen banana (or) 1/2 an apple (peeled and pureed)
4-6 ice cubes
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
