I know you’re always excited when I share this list! These are the most visited recipes created in 2021 according to google analytics. It’s always interesting to see which recipes become popular. Some make the list because they were shared early in the year, so they have had more time to gain popularity than the ones I recently posted, so it’s not always 100% accurate. Did you favorite recipe make the list?

2021 has been a busy year for me! Working on a new New York Times Best Selling Air Fryer Cookbook and a new meal planner that includes recipes means I was very busy testing recipes for books and blog. I am so grateful for all of you! Thank you for allowing me to share what I love every single day! Your comments, photos on social media, inspiring emails always mean so much to me!

This easy black-eye pea recipe that uses canned beans is a great way to use leftover ham. The ham bone gives this dish, which is somewhere between a stew and a soup, so much flavor. Whenever we eat ham for the holidays, I always freeze the bone and some ham for future recipes. This delicious black-eyed pea soup puts those leftovers to good use. Broccoli rabe and sausage is one of my favorite pasta combinations, so I knew I would like these Sausage and Broccoli Rabe Egg Rolls! They’re a great option for a party appetizer since they can be made ahead and frozen and are delicious dipped in your favorite marinara sauce. I love these mussels, especially when prepared with lots of garlic and white wine. Serve it with toasted or grilled bread for dunking into that glorious broth. The anchovies add a complex, salty flavor that is not fishy – so don’t omit them! The best part, this dish cooks in under 20 minutes.
