A martini is a drink of individual preference, so we've provided the basics--but you may have a preference when it comes to brand as well as preparation. Feel free to improvise!
Ingredients
1 ounce dry vermouth per martini
4 ounces gin per martini
olives, lemon twists, or bitters
ice
Preparation
Fill a metal shaker with ice.
Pour in vermouth and strain out.
Add gin.
Stir (or shake) and strain into martini glass.
Add olive(s) or other garnish as desired.
