This keeps well for days--just leave in the cinnamon sticks and apple slices, and refill the water.
Ingredients
Water as needed
3-4 cinnamon sticks
Apple slices, as many as desired
Preparation
In a sports bottle with a lid, simply fill with water, add cinnamon sticks and slices of fresh apples.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
