Lemon Cheesecake Angel Food Muffin

We used raspberry jam, which pairs well with lemon, but use any flavor--or leave out the jam and just top your delicious muffin with the cheesecake for a delightful surprise.

Ingredients

Otis Spunkmeyer Supreme® Angel Food Muffins
Jam
1 4 ounce package cream cheese, softened
Fresh lemon juice
Confectioner’s sugar
fFesh lemon zest
Milk

Preparation

Combine cream cheese, fresh lemon juice, confectioner’s sugar and fresh lemon zest in bowl and whisk to blend.
Slowly add milk until mixture has a thick glaze-like consistency
Taste and adjust flavor, if needed.
