Recipes: Monte Cristo Casserole

Monte Cristo Casserole
  • Prep Time:Up to 12 hours
  • Cook Time:40 minutes

So easy, super delicious, a real crowd pleaser and can be put together in the morning and baked when you get home from work!  I get tons of requests for this dish, and it is perfect for pot luck get togethers.  IF you have any leftovers, slice and freeze then just thaw and heat in a fry pan with a bit of butter!  Monte Cristos are traditionally served with strawberry jam or maple syrup but my family prefers them plain.
