When measuring the corn and potato chips, be sure to measure the amount AFTER you have crushed the chips.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup dark chocolate chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed corn chips
1 cup crushed potato chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crush chips before measuring.
Mix all ingredients together, using an electric mixer.
Drop on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake 12 minutes.
