Dr. Ruby's Citrus Smoothie

This smoothie is cleansing and packed full of nutrients to help you with digestion and more! It's packed full of vitamin C and used hemp seeds to really add the extra healthy factor in. If you're in a hurry, this smoothie makes the perfect sweet and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

2-3 kale leaves
1 large ripe mango, with skin and cut into chunks
1 banana (optional)
1 orange or tangerine
1 lemon
1/2 inch ginger
2/3 tablespoons hemp seeds
3/4 cup water or coconut water (more for thinner smoothie)
1/2 cup ice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder (optional)

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with leafy greens.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
