You can reduce the amount of nuts without impacting the baking time, so feel free to adjust it to your own tastes.
Ingredients
2/3 cup flour
1 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 cups apples, peeled and diced
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Bake in square pan for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
