Ingredients
4 lemons
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 ¼ cup Tiger’s Blood snowcone syrup
Preparation
Juice the lemons to roughly 1 cup of juice.
Put into a saucepan.
Combine with sugar and water over medium heat; stir occasionally until mixture foams (about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Fill a 4-quart pitcher with ice.
Pour in the cooled lemon liquid.
Add snowcone syrup.
Fill with additional water to fill the pitcher.
Stir.
Can add additional sugar to taste as necessary.
Tastes like a sour candy at this level; additional sugar may be added
