Halloween Bark

Halloween Bark is so easy to prepare, you might scare yourself. It's a great treat for your Halloween celebrations or just to keep for yourself if your kids are hiding their own trick or treat bags! Bonus: no baking.

If you prefer semi-sweet chocolate, that works, too!

Ingredients

1 cup shelled pistachios
1 12 oz. bag of Hershey’s special dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons sea salt

Preparation

Divide the pistachios into three piles, finely chop one pile, coarsely chop another, and leave the third whole.
Mix together in a bowl, set aside.
Using a 9” brownie pan, line the bottom and the walls with tin foil.
Evenly cover the bottom of the pan with the pistachios.
Melt the chocolate chips, and pour evenly over the pistachios, spreading the chocolate evenly.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Freeze for two hours.
Remove from freezer and break into pieces.
