Recipes: Wasabi Tuna Burger

Wasabi Tuna Burger

We get tired of a plain old burger, so APL thought we would spice it up and give you four all-new ways to approach this American fave. This spicy burger not only boasts incredible flavors but its also healthier than a regular burger and cuts the fat in half!

Ingredients

1/2 lb. wild tuna (we love the Wild Planet white tuna)
1 tablespoon coconut flour or quinoa flakes
2 tablespoon organic sour cream (or Veganaise)
2 teaspoons wasabi powder

Preparation

Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Form into two burger patties and cook in a skillet sprayed with coconut cooking oil over medium heat, roughly 3-minutes per side.
We love having this with some shredded cabbage and mixed vegetables.
