We get tired of a plain old burger, so APL thought we would spice it up and give you four all-new ways to approach this American fave. This recipe swaps out the beef and turkey for chicken and cuts the cholesterol in half without sacrificing any flavor.

Ingredients
1/2 pound ground white chicken
2 tablespoon dried cranberries, no sugar added
2 tablespoon blue cheese
1 tablespoon sage, chopped
Dash of sea salt & black pepper
Preparation
Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Form into two burger patties and cook in a skillet sprayed with coconut oil over medium heat- roughly 4-5 minutes per side.
