Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Butter-flavor cooking spray
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
RINSE seeds; remove any stringy membranes. Place seeds in single layer in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Let stand at room temperature about 3 hours to dry.
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
Place seeds in single layer in baking pan. Spray generously with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt.
BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
