Ingredients
1 large avocado
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 heaped tsp. maca powder
1 scoop spirulina
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut nectar or pure maple syrup, and more to taste
1/2 cup hemp milk, unflavored and unsweetened
Raw cacao nibs, to top
Mixed berries, to top
Preparation
Peel, remove the pit, andmash the avocado in a small bowl, then place it in a blender with the remainder of the ingredients.
Start off blending it on a low speed and then gradually increase over a 30-second span.
Stop the blender, taste, and add any sweetener if necessary.
Serve in a small bowl topped with ¼ cup mixed berries and raw cacao nibs.
