5 Fun and Simple Vodka Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients

Lychee Daiquiri
1.5 oz vodka
1/2 cup lychee juice
1 lychee to garnish
Cocktail stick
Crushed ice
Southside Thai Cocktail
Ice cubes
3 oz vodka
8 basil leaves
3 slices fresh chili
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 teaspoon sugar syrup
Red Salty Dog cocktail
Lime Juice
1 oz vodka
Freshly squeezed red grapefruit
Ginger Ginger Beer Cocktail
1 slice of fresh ginger
Ice cubes
1.5 oz vodka
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Ginger beer
Amarula Passion Cocktail
Ice cubes
1 passionfruit
1.5 oz vodka
1/2 cup Amarula cream

Preparation

Lychee Daiquiri
Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and pour in the vodka. Give it a gentle shake and pour in the lychee juice, shake and pour into tall glass.
Stick a peeled lychee on a cocktail stick to garnish.
Rest the stick on the rim of the glass.
Southside Thai Cocktail
Throw a couple of ice cubes into a tumbler and pour in vodka.
Add the basil leaves, slices of fresh chili, lime juice, and sugar syrup and shake it together gently.
Pour the liquid into your margarita glass and wedge a lemongrass swizzle stick between the ice cubes for garnish.
Red Salty Dog Cocktail
Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes and line the rim with lime juice and cracked sea salt.
Pour the vodka into the glass and follow with the red grapefruit juice. Admire and serve.
Ginger Ginger Beer Cocktail
Pop the slice of ginger, along with some ice cubes, into your glass.
Pour in vodka, a squeeze of lime juice, and fill the rest of the glass with ginger beer.
Amarula Passion Cocktail
Fill the martini glass up with ice until it is peering over the top.
Cut half a passionfruit in half, and scoop out one teaspoon of the innards and add to your cocktail mixer, then add vodka.
Add your Amarula and shake vigorously.
Pour over the ice until almost at the brim, use the other half of passionfruit as garnish.
