Here's a creamy twist to the ordinary--one that takes this dish into full adulthood! It's easy to make, requires no baking, and is a quick dish full of nutrients and flavor.

Keep in mind the Avocado Paste will brown if left out, so our advice is to eat it quickly.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cheese (we used a three-cheese blend of Asiago, Parmesan and Romano)
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, plus additional for garnish
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1-lb. box of pasta (we used bow tie)
2 avocados, mashed
Kosher salt to taste
Preparation
Cook pasta according to label instructions.
Cheese Sauce:
Put heavy cream in saucepan over low heat.
Slowly add in the cheese and stir until melted and creamy, set aside.
Avocado Paste:
Mash the avocados, using a food processor.
Add in chopped cilantro, garlic, and pepper.
Pulse until well integrated.
Put cooked pasta into a bowl and pour in the cheese sauce.
Add in the Avocado Paste and stir well to incorporate.
No baking required!
Garnish with chopped cilantro and kosher salt to taste.
