Blueberries are one of my favorite additions to any dessert. Greek Turkey Burgers

These Greek Turkey Burgers, mixed with Kalamata olives, feta, and spinach,combine all my favorite Greek flavors and can be served with or without the bun.

These Greek Turkey Burgers are so flavorful, and I love that they can be served two different ways. Serve them on a toasted whole wheat bun with butter lettuce, cucumber slices, thin red onion slices, sliced tomato, and a little Greek yogurt or as a main dish without the bread served with rice, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion on the side. I love making crustless quiche for weekend brunches. They are so simple to make. Plus, since there’s no crust, not only is it healthier, but it’s also quicker to prepare. You can mix all the ingredients the night before so it’s ready to bake when you wake up. This Quiche Lorraine is made with Bacon and Gruyere, but you can also try my Ham and Cheese Crustless Quiche, Crustless Broccoli and Cheese Quiche, or if you want the crust this Spinach Ricotta Tomato Quiche is delicious.

Occasionally I share lightened up dessert recipes here. Making desserts light is a challenge, so when it works I’m thrilled! These brownies are so incredibly rich and fudgy you won’t believe there’s no oil or butter added. And, since they are made with ground almond meal instead of flour, they also happen to be gluten-free.
