This Chili-Lime Air Fryer Salmon is seasoned with a blend of spices for maximum flavor that cooks in under 10 minutes.

The only way I make salmon these days is in the air fryer. It’s the fastest and easiest way to get the most tender piece of salmon with seared edges. Plus, there’s no need to preheat the oven, and it doesn’t make the whole kitchen smell like fish. This Chili-Lime Salmon is so tasty as is, or try it topped with Avocado Mango Salsa! Sum-sum-summertime!!!!! It’s almost here!! As the days get longer and warmer, who wants to be in a kitchen all the time? Not me!! Let’s get outside and grill! On those evenings that we are cooking outside, I like having sides that are easy, quick or able to be made ahead of time. Some of my go-to’s are Farro Salad With Feta, Cucumber and Sun Dried Tomatoes, Lemon-Parsley Potato Packets and my Perfectly Grilled Zucchini. Tuna Poke Salad

I love tuna poke bowls, but when someone suggested I make a salad version, I was on it! I made my basic tuna poke but served it over greens with avocado, cucumbers, scallions, and furikake and added edamame for more protein. The Wasabi-Soy Vinaigrette was the perfect dressing for this poke salad. More of my favorite tuna poke recipes are these Ahi Tuna Poke Stacks, Ahi Poke Bowl with Mango, and Shoyu Ahi Tuna Poke.

I took that chicken breast and turned it into a delicious salad Tommy couldn’t stop eating! It’s loaded with protein and fiber and is the perfect lunch for the warmer weather. You can use this sous vide chicken in any of my other chicken salad recipes such as this Chicken Salad with Lemon and Dill or this Chicken Waldorf Salad.

I came up with this idea after buying the whole milk version of Good Culture Cottage cheese, which is the best tasting brand in my opinion. It reminded me of the inside of Burrata cheese so I figured why not enjoy this caprese style! This is SO good and makes a delicious high protein lunch!
