Drunken Style Noodles with Shrimp

This Drunken Style Noodles with Shrimp recipe is inspired by the popular Thai street food pad kee mao, or “drunken noodles.”

The flavor of these drunken noodles is perfectly balanced – spicy, savory, and slightly sweet – and the lime juice rounds the whole dish out. This Thai noodle recipe is also filling, loaded with protein from the shrimp and eggs and naturally gluten-free if using gluten-free soy sauce. These breaded Parmesan-Crusted Turkey Cutlets are lightly pan-fried in just enough oil and butter so that they taste delicious without being greasy or high in calories. They’re super simple to make – just season the meat with salt and pepper, dip in egg whites, and then coat in the breadcrumb-parmesan mixture. These Huevos are the most perfect meatless, vegetarian meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The egg yolks mingle with tomatoes and cheese over a crispy corn tortillas, what can be better! But eggs are not just great for breakfast, I also love eating them for lunch or dinner too! This dish is naturally gluten-free too.

Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Butter

An easy butternut squash ravioli recipe made with wonton wrappers – the perfect shortcut instead of making your own pasta. They are delicate and light, perfect in a sage butter sauce.

We love ravioli in my house. We even had a ravioli kickoff with friends to find the best cheese ravioli in town. I am very excited about how these ravioli turned out. The filling is light on the cheese and heavy on the butternut, making them healthy and light, and the sweet and savory flavor perfectly complements the sage butter sauce. They are delicate and perfectly thin – no one will complain! Fall festivals, fall fun, fall desserts!!! What could be better than that lol!!  I love a good snack and a scrumptious dessert at the end of a meal don’t you? Here are some of my favorites snacks– Pumpkin Pistachio Energy Balls, Smoky BBQ Spiced Roasted Pumpkin Seeds and I love these Donut-Shaped Apple Snacks for the kids! I also love these fall desserts- Maple Pecan Cheesecake Shooters, Cinnamon Apple Crisp and my Oatmeal Raisin Walnut Cookies.
