This easy, delicious Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon and Vegetables (I seriously devoured this, it was THAT good) is made all on one sheet pan and ready in 20 minutes!

I’m a huge fan of sheet pan meals as they are a huge kitchen time saver! I like to line the sheets with foil or parchment for easy clean-up, completely optional. Here I marinated the fish, then cooked the sauce down on the stove to create a glaze over the fish (I highly recommend this) but if you wish to skip this step, it will still taste fine.

This spicy Chickpea Salad is made with canned chickpeas tossed in a creamy, spicy buffalo sauce made with Greek yogurt, Frank’s Red Hot, lemon juice, and Tahini. The chickpeas are then topped with crunchy carrots and celery and sharp, tangy blue cheese. Buffalo flavor is one of my favorites, and I have tons of buffalo recipes on my site. I am constantly looking for ways to take boneless, skinless chicken breasts and make them less boring. I personally love dark meat, so adding some flavor is a must! Braising them in this gingery, slightly spicy peanut sauce does the trick. The sauce doesn’t use much peanut butter, just enough for flavor. You can see more tasty chicken breast recipes here.
